Teaching Awareness is a STEAM summer program. We meet every summer June to August. Throughout the program the students learn geographic terms. They study various maps. They become familiar with the world. We incorporate culture, technology, art, math, foods, health and science as it relates to various countries or states.

Global awareness encourages relationships and multicultural acceptance.

Knowledge reduces fear.

Literacy is a key skill and measure of a population’s education. Summer programs ease the summer slide and keep young minds viable, encourage personal growth, build friendships, and helps nurture social skills. Low literacy is associated with several adverse health outcomes.

We provide a safe environment for fun independent development of new skills and self-confidence. We help young minds to open, develop and grow!
